PET FEES AND RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY NOTE: A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO HOLD ANY RESERVATION.
No cash reservations!

PETS:

“Any” incidentals found left by a pet upon departure of a cabin or motel room (ie. urine/feces on carpets, or on furniture, or if mutilation of furniture/carpets is detected, etc.) WILL RESULT WITH IMMEDIATE CHARGES OF AN ADDITIONAL $100 CLEANING OR REPAID/REPLACEMENT FEE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.

If damages exceed $100.00, (ie. loss of ability to rent the cabin/motel room, replacement of furniture, etc.) the remaining balance for cost of cleaning/replacement will be charged to your credit card.

STURGIS WEEK: AUGUST 6TH THRU 12, 2012:
(Rally week includes all reservations from July 30th - August 19th, 2012)

All Rally Reservations require a deposit of ½ down at the time reservations are made.

All cancellations must be made prior to June 1, 2012, for a negotiable refund.

Any cancellations after June 1, 2012 are strictly Non-Refundable.

NOTE: All cancellations policies are enforced.

ON SEASON:

All reservation cancellations require TWO WEEKS notice (with the exception of the Sturgis Rally see above).

Reservations canceled within 2 weeks of your scheduled stay will be charged a cancellation fee.

Reservations of one or two (1 or 2) nights will be charged a ONE night cancellation fee.

Reservations of three (3) or more nights will be charged ½ of the number of nights reserved as a cancellation fee.

NOTE: All cancellations policies are enforced.

OFF SEASON:

All Off-Season Reservation Cancellations require forty-eight (48) hours notice.

Reservations canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled stay will be charged a cancellation fee.

Reservations of one or two (1 or 2) nights will be charged a ONE night cancellation fee.

Reservations of three (3) or more nights will be charged ½ of the number of nights reserved as a cancellation fee.

NOTE: All cancellations policies are enforced.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be made upon the discretion of Management, and if all the above policies have been met accordingly.

DEPOSITS:

Deposits of ½ of the number of days reserved will be required on all reservations made for more than 3 days of stay at the time the reservation is made.
